The large south-facing window front in the living-dining and kitchen area offers a view of the lush greenery in the front of the building and lining the street. There are 3 rooms: 1 large open concept room (living/dining/kitchen space), and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has two single loft beds. A door from the living-dining area leads out to the terrace/balcony, which gets direct sunlight throughout the entire day. Whenever it suits, an awning can be rolled out to provide ample shade for dining outdoors or to keep the front room shaded and cool. In the summer, a ceiling fan and windows in the front and back of the apartment allow for excellent air circulation and a comfortable indoor climate.
