SHORT TERM, ONLY THREE WEEKS AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL (18/11/2025 - 12/12/2025 - the starting and end dates can be a little flexible).ALSO POSSIBLE TO RENT FOR DAY/WEEKHi people! We’re are going on vacation next month and will sub-rent our 2,5 zimmer apartment while we’re gone.It hosts 2 people (3 people if someone sleeps in the couch). The apartment is located in Dulsberg, only 1 block away from U-Alter Teichweg station and 5 min by bus from Barmbek train station (you’ll be in city center in just 20min ). Bus stop is also right at the door. Here are some more specific details:-- 50 qrm- 2,5 zimmer (1 small room-office, 1 living room, 1 bedroom, bathroom and kitchen)- Kitchen: fridge, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, air fryer, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.- TV in both living room and bedroom.- Smart home
