Sublet 2 Zimmer Hamburg Rübenkamp March-April

I am subletting my furnished 2-room apartment on Fuhlsbüttler Straße for the months of March and April.The apartment is approx. 60 sqm and consists of a spacious kitchen-living area, one bedroom, and a bathroom.The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe available for use.The bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven and a dining table.The rent is €1,100 per month, all-inclusive (water, electricity, and internet).I am looking for a person to take over for both March and April.A security deposit of €1,100 is required to cover potential damages to the property.❗Please note: To rent this apartment, a valid personal liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung) in the tenant’s name is required. The insurance must cover damage to rented property (Mietsachschaden).The sublet is subject to the landlord’s approval.Please, no shared apartments; I am looking for a single person only.Please write a few sentences about your basic information and income situation. ;-)
